Our approach
qink is a suite of products operated by Quality Integrations Network, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use qink websites, mobile apps, and services. Our products are intended only for adults age 18 and older.
Information we collect
Depending on the products you use, we may collect account and profile information, relationship membership, preferences, quiz answers, messages, uploaded media, cycle entries, feedback, subscription status, device information, and limited usage and diagnostic information.
Some qink products involve sensitive personal information. We collect that information only when you provide it or choose to use a feature that requires it.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your account, provide the features you request, maintain product security, process subscriptions, send service communications, respond to support requests, understand key product usage, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private messages, Vault media, Explore answers, or Cycle entries for advertising.
AI features
Luna and other AI features require opt-in permission. You choose which supported qink data categories Luna may use. AI access is not automatically enabled because you belong to a Relationship. Information Luna learns is designed to be reviewable and removable.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Product-specific deletion and retention periods may apply.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information, manage permissions, leave connected spaces, remove eligible content, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as qink evolves. We will post the updated version here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
