Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to qink websites, apps, and services provided by Quality Integrations Network, LLC. By creating an account or using qink, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and safety
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use qink where doing so is prohibited by law. qink tools can support communication, but a match, quiz result, shared space, or AI response never represents consent to any activity. Consent must remain informed, specific, voluntary, and ongoing.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, activity under your account, and maintaining access to your email and devices. Do not share authentication codes or impersonate another person. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Relationships and shared spaces
A qink Relationship may include two or more people. Members may have access to shared product spaces. Before inviting someone, adding content to a shared space, or leaving a Relationship, review the visibility and access consequences shown in the product. You may not add a person without their participation or authorization.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant qink a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the services and honor the sharing choices you make.
You may not upload or share illegal content, content that exploits or depicts minors, non-consensual intimate material, content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property, malware, or content intended to harass, threaten, or harm.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid app or suite membership. Prices, billing periods, storage limits, and included features are shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple account and renew unless canceled through Apple. Except where required by law, fees are nonrefundable.
Product-specific guidance
Cycle estimates are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, contraception, or a substitute for professional care. Luna and other AI features may be inaccurate and are not professional medical, legal, or mental health advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using qink.
Enforcement and termination
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, qink, or the integrity of the services. You may stop using qink and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Service availability and liability
We work to provide reliable services, but qink is provided on an as-available basis and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, Quality Integrations Network, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of qink.
Changes
We may update these terms as the suite evolves. We will post the current version here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
